Our pies are available baked and ready to eat or frozen and ready to bake, for that fresh from the oven taste and “I baked it myself” smell. The only exception is our cream pies which require refrigeration. Our Pie crust is made with butter for delicious taste and flake. Each crust is rolled paper thin to add that light crisp texture which complements the filling.

Triple Berry Crumb
Made the Swiss way - these pies begin with our thin crust and are filled with berries or sliced fruit. Then we pour creamy custard on top of the fruit just before it goes in the oven. Almost any fruit is fabulous with custard but we typically use what’s in season.
