Our pies are available as baked – ready to eat, or frozen – ready to bake, for that fresh from the oven taste and “I baked it myself” smell. The only exception is our cream pies which require refrigeration. Our Pie crust is made with butter and an organic all natural vegetable shortening for delicious taste and flake. Each crust is rolled paper thin to add that light crisp texture which complements the filling.

Apple Cranberry Crumb Pie
Made the Swiss way - these pies begin with our thin crust and are filled with berries or sliced fruit. Then we pour creamy custard on top of the fruit just before it goes in the oven. Almost any fruit is fabulous with custard but we typically use what’s in season.
